Cancellation of the registration can be done under the following conditions:

• Cancellation or rescheduling (either to another seminar or another date) must be made in writing at least 21 days before the originally scheduled date of the seminar to avoid penalties.
• Cancellation or rescheduling received less than 21 days before a seminar will entail a charge of 50% of the seminar fee.
• Cancellation or rescheduling received less than three days before a booked seminar will entail a full charge.
• Cancellation and rescheduling must be made in writing and are not legally valid until confirmed by us in writing.
• Other individuals can substitute registered participants (on a one-to one basis) at any time free of charge.
